- All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day/s. For orders that are custom made to order, do note the need for additional lead times. Lead times are listed on the item page. Once orders are made and paid for, shipping and delivery will proceed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Orders will be fulfilled by a courier service selected by ‘danjumbuck designs’.

- Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially now during the pandemic. 

- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- Danjumbuck Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

- If you received your order damaged, please contact Danjumbuck Designs as soon as possible. Please do send photos and please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to enable us to file a claim with the shipping company.

- We have limited International shipping. Options are listed at checkout.
