's are given by the facilitator, and can be earned by doing the following:
- Completing the weekly assignment.
- Doing exceptionally well in the weekly assignment.
- Completing assigned bonus activity.
- Winning games.
- Meeting the requirements for tasks set by the facilitator.
's can also be deducted by the facilitator when the following is done:
- For continuous disruption of the programme, up to may be deducted after two warnings.
- Bullying other team members.
- Sending in work that was done by someone else, or work that was copied.
- Certain activities or assignments may also deduct s in certain situations but this will be explained ahead of time.
's can be used to redeem rewards. Once redeemed, the 's will be removed. The following can be redeemed:
